Tipping is not required but is appreciated. The standard gratuity is 15% - 20% of the cost of the service provided.
Due to liability issues, unattended children are not allowed in the waiting area and only the client is allowed in the treatment room.
A 24-Hour cancellation on all massage services is required. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment, you will be asked to pay for the missed appointment. This also applies to the redemption of gift certificates and pre-paid packages.
